I always take "the cost of doing business" into consideration, and charge accordingly.

For sales from my site, I remind myself that I don't have the cost of paying for a show and I don't have to set up, take down, etc. I would give such buyers a small break. Depending on the situation, I would offer free local delivery or free shipping for rolled up prints. For large matted or framed prints, I would charge them the actual packaging and shipping cost.
