Re: [artshow_photo] Art in Wisconsin is Gone

Let's see they funded Serrano's 'Piss Christ', they funded Mapplethorpe.
They funded a conference in Hawaii which had the theme that US forced the
Japanese to attack Pearl Harbor. And was completely anti-American. The NEH
is itself staffed by anti-American activists. They funded a display in the
Smithsonian that had the theme that America was the aggressor in WWII.

Does is surprise you that patriotic Americans don't care for this behavior.
Or that Christians don't like Serrano. Or conservatives don't care for
Mapplethorp?

And to finish this off, when you are sitting at the table and looking at
your bank statement which tells you that you are bankrupt. Do you rush out
and buy some artwork to go in your soon to be repossessed house? We don't
have the money for this sort of thing any more.

If people want museums they need to fund them locally.
