If you've rebuilt this on your own... it sounds like it's overheating somewhere...

Bad silicone or connections between the chip and the mobo maybe? But if things just shut down and reboot... sounds like an overheating issue with the hardware somewhere.

Try overheating the board with a graphic intensive game and see if it shuts down after playing it for a while. That might replicate the problem and help with finding out what is wrong with the system.
