You do *not* need to "go into PSE" to save your photos. You can save
them from Rawtherappee.

"Clicking" is a very narrow solution to "anything". You will find that
clicking does not solve your problems.

Again, if you make "adjustments" in Rawtherapee, why do you *need* to
transfer them into PSE?

A choice only you can make, but is very limiting unless your shots
require little or no adjustments.
Kitty, once you "convert" a raw file to another format, baring perhaps
DNG, whether you *intentionally* do any editing/processing, you *have*
set the new image to whatever parameters the converting program defaults
to. There is no conversion that I know of that converts from the
camera's raw format to a non-raw format that does not make color,
brightness, contrast, sharpening and other related changes.
Not free but reasonable, you might have a look at Bibble/BibblePro which
does do E620 conversion from raw but allows you to also process your file
there with no need for pse. Cheaper too by a lot.
And I process my 5050z raw images in BibblePro, or gimp or digikam, ...
