Not being a windows/pse user and not having access to pse, I do not know
where pse stores it's gallerys, but I would just tell rawtherapee to
store them in the same place. These locations should show below the
"File" drop-down menu in pse and under the "Batch Queue" tab in
rawtherapee, "Save to folder".

Rawtherapee stores its "adjustments" in the output file.

From what you have stated so far, I would dump both rawtherapee and pse
and get bibble. Bibble will catalogue your files for you, maintain
differing versions of the same file, perform non-destructive editing and
conversions and more.
I would suggest picasa but cannot determine support for your E620. If
you want to email me direct a few raw photos, I will try to convert them
and advise (note: only if you are interested in using picasa).
sorry I cannot be of more help, but I am not very familiar with many of
the $$$s windows programs.
