Why not design your own in PS or any other photo editing software you might currently use? If your home printer won't print big enough, farm it out to a commercial lab, then (and most importantly) have it encapsulated (laminated on both sides). Or...
If you merely want text, go to a commercial sign company (Signs R Us or something of that nature) or a mom & pop even. They can use 1/8" styrene as a backing, with computer-cut vinyl letters. I've used one in my booth for 15 years - still looks good. I adhere it to the front of my business desk (Pro Panels).
