[artshow_photo] Re: Glare or Non-Glare

Thanks, Mark! So far, I've been very happy with the non-glare acrylic I've gotten from Frame Destination. I think it's the right balance of good clarity, low price and low weight/scratch-resistance, especially for stock that I transport to shows.

But I have had artwork that I keep in my own home framed with non-glare glass. I was interested in knowing more about this just for information's sake.

Right now, the market is so slow that I couldn't sell pieces at the higher price I'd have to ask to cover the extra cost of specialty glass for framing.

If you see people selling something you like online or mail order let me know and I can look into the possibility of us doing something.

I'm sure my local glass shop would carry it. Do you get yours through a local shop, or do you order it online? I would think it would be too tricky to ship, too subject to breakage and the type of marring you refer to.
