John - "Image Capture" = Either Film or Digital capture.
If film, I list the film type and ISO. If digital, I list mpix and ISO. I'll also list if there is any special processing, like HDR or a multi-exposure blend.
At one time I even included the exposure data (shutter & aperture), plus any filters used, but got away from that. I'm now reconsidering adding that info back, as I still get frequent inquiries about these things.
For some customers, offering this kind of data does open the door to conversation, which can lead to a sale.
And for other patrons, having this information readable on the wall simply saves you from answering the same questions endlessly, all weekend.
