Rod - sorry for the confusion. What I'm saying is that it would be against juried show policies on many levels to sell frames, mats, and glass separately. You may WANT to do it, but DON'T do it. In simplest form, it becomes buy/sell. It is also something you were not juried in with.
There is no issue if you frame your prints on the spot for your customers. This can be a good thing, and be another source of income, as long as you have the time and inclination to do so while at the show. Be sure to bring along all the necessary tools, and allow yourself space to do the framing.

Yes, that's the way to do it. Where you might find some muddy water is in how much to charge for the framing. The industry standard would be to add the retail value of your print along with somewhere between 1.5X & 2X the wholesale price of your framing materials. Time involved is also a consideration, but realistically, you'll soon reach a price point where there is no longer any incentive for the customer. If the customer feels like he/she can go elsewhere cheaper, they probably will.
