[artshow_photo] RE: Scanner

Hello,

I'm on my second Epson a 4490 photo, which replaced my epson 3170 that was
fried in a electrical storm last year. I had it since 2003
and have scanned all my slides and negatives, which I've printed on my Epson
2200. I have no complaints about the quality for the price I paid. I make
13x19 prints weekly from scans from my 4490 and have had some 20x24 print
made from my scans that were great.

I'll be upgrading to a 4x5 scanner soon and will get another epson a V
series or a Microtek

Looking for feedback on Epson film scanners. Anybody have one? How hard are
they to use? Do they have good quality? Thanks
