I buy mine at art and craft stores ( JoAnn Fabrics / Michaels) using the 40% off one item coupon in their ads on Sunday papers. Usually find them with the scrap booking supplies with photo red eye pens, cropping tools, and the fancy papers.

If not, look with the caligraphy pens.
