Selling Stock Photography Re: Microstock: up, down or the same?

And Brian, one more thing. I cannot agree that the flow of people into the image selling business (and when I mean image selling I mean always only mainly RM macros - not micros because that is a hobby for 99% of the contributors in that unfortunate line of business). Take a look at this group, at alamypro, at the alamy forum and some other forums. The number of posts, the number of those enthusiastic shooters from the marines, from the truck driving companies, from the art world - it has gone way down. Only a year or two ago, there were all sorts of people posting at all times on all these forums. I don't see this anymore, and I don't see the people leaving being all replaced. Maybe you do. We may see different things, or maybe the same things in a different way. But I know what I see, and I have learnt to trust my own observations.
