The bats fly very fast coming out from under the South Congress Avenue bridge, so you'll need a very high ISO in order to get a fast shutter speed. I have a Nikon D700, which has a full frame sensor, so I used ISO 25,600. If you don't have a full frame sensor, the best photos would probably be from afar, with the cloud of bats arising over the bridge. I used CS5's noise reduction, which is very good.
