I've never heard of this website before, but there doesn't seem to be
any worries. Click the terms of service link at the bottom of the
page. Here's an excerpt:
Images uploaded to TinEye are not added to the search index, nor are
they made accessible by other users. Images submitted to TinEye by
unregistered users are discarded after 72 hours. Registered users of
TinEye may also opt to automatically discard submitted images after 72
hours. Copyright for all images submitted to TinEye remains with the
original owner/author.
