Larry, I had a Caravan from Costco that lasted for five years, through wind
and rain. When it finally gave up the ghost (I lent it to a church picnic
and someone ran into it with a truck) I kept the roof as a spare, because it
is still in great shape. The bag it came in tore the first year, but the
tent held up just fine. Got my $189's worth out of it, that's for sure.
