National Parks, Monuments, Forests ect are all public property and you can
of course sell shots of any of them. Indeed so long as you are standing on
public access property you can shoot anything legally. The only problems
would be shooting something where someone has a reasonable expectation of
privacy--their bathroom or bedroom for example.
