RE: Selling Stock Photography Uganda

Yea, Dont take a camera. Or nothing to expensive. I've lived in Africa all my life (50+ years). Keep it under your eyes day and night. Download your daily photo's onto an external source ever night, so if the camera goes for a walk, at least you got your photo's.
If you going out and about (Walks or hikes) ensure you have a local with you, that know the locals and the area. Also, been close to the equator, they have plenty rain there, so take a sealable waterproof bag to put your kit in. Rain in those parts can come up quick and you may not be able to get to shelter, before you soaked. If you going to do wildlife photography, be VERY CAREFUL. The animals are wild. That means you dont get out the vehicle, to get a better shot. You will get eaten.

Otherwise welcome to Africa!!!!

Regards,

Paul

Anyone out there with experience from shooting in Uganda? Thinking of spending a couple of months there.
