Thumbnailer, Watermark Factory, Visual Watermark, WM-Exif, Easy water marker, Photoshop, Picture shark, Gimp, Irfanview, and heaps more, some are free, other fee, and some are batch automated while other are one picture at the time.
I use Watermark Factory and Thumbnailer mostly (Smaller Animals Thumbnailer). For more serious work I use Gimp or Photoshop.
