I've been using a Tokina 12-24mm SD f/4 AT-X AF/MF (IF)Pro lens on my Nikon D200 for about 5 years. I'm thrilled with it. Early reviews showed if compared favorably, and in some circumstances, better, then it's Nikon counterpart.

I see Tokina has the same model now as a Pro DXII lens.

Looks like customer reviews are excellent, overall.
