I've used Carbonite for over two years now. Have had one crash
(recovered all the files) and later had to get a new computer (and again
recovered all the files) Note: it doesn't back up programs, such as
Photoshop, you'll have to back those on disc or external HD). Costs
about $55 a year and is well worth it imho.
