I believe the original poster was asking for a current digital SLR that will accept Leica R mount lenses. Leica does not offer a current DSLR that will accept R lenses.
The S2, a new Leica medium format camera which was referenced, will not. The S2 uses a new, larger lens mount on completely new Summarit-S Asph lenses designed specifically for the S2.
