Tokina is supposed to coming out with a lens in the range of 16-35mm f/2.8,
it has been announced but hasn't hit the shelves in the US. However the
rumored price would put it in the same cost range as the Canon 16-35mm
f/2.8L II. This is a full frame lens and it's hard to see how it will do
well with that sort of price unless it's heavily discounted.
