[artshow_photo] Nikon D7000

I just purchased a D7000 and have a question and offer.

This is the first camera I've owned using SD cards. All of my other equipment uses Compact Flash cards.
There seems to be different classes of SD cards. For example what does Class 10 mean?
Which is the best of these cards to get especially for Video? What is the largest SD card available?
Finally the D7000 came as a kit with a 18-105 3.5-5.6G ED VR lens. The lens seems to have a decent review and retail price of over $300. I have no need for this lens and it's still in the box unopened with warrenty card. Would anyone care to make me a reasonable offer before I put it on Ebay?
