And therein lies the problem with Mozy or Carbonite. The normal folks version isn't meant for the types of volumes of data from a photographer. You can but a commercial service and pay several hundred per month or backup to multiple drives on a regular basis.
Ever see someone from a data archive service walking out of a business location with a lockbox. Even the best of the best backup to drives and have a service pick them up. Used to do it to tape myself and same thing. Picked up daily.
