There isn't anything specific, yet. Your best bet may be to roll your
own in Filemaker Pro on a desktop, and use the companion app on the
iPad to edit. If your needs aren't that great, Bento is also available
for iPad.
Both of these solutions require that you write your own inventory
program and then port it to the iPad. There is no live sync, however,
you'll have to copy it back and forth using iTunes. You can remotely
access your Filemaker databases if you have connectivity, using
Filemaker's internal webservices, too, but it will run slower over the
'net.
