I highly recommend Frame Destination, based in Dallas, TX. First, I should disclose that I helped develop a product with them called the GalleryPouch, and I receive a commission on the sale of that product. I don't receive commission on any of their other products.

I've purchased many custom mats and frames from them. Their 8-ply Rag mats are especially nice (often thicker than those from other companies, and they are very competitively priced). You'll also notice that when purchased in higher quantities, pricing will drop dramatically-you'll see a list of quantities and prices in red on the right side. They also protect their mats (and other products) extremely well when they ship them. Their customer service is also excellent. Their website is http://www.framedestination.com.
