I've heard good things about Photoshelter. It's the more pricey of the
options. It is one of many off site storage solutions. All are vulnerable
to financial crisis.
the biggest, at least for me, with internet access sites is the volume that
I produce vs. the speed of the upload and maybe download when needed. Being
able to
send in the initial upload on a hard drive might help.
The best practices is a combination using non rewritable media, large scale
media and offsite storage.
