I agree that Gatorfoam is compromised by UV radiation if it strikes it.
But... If it is covered by an object that is an opaque structure like a
photograph laminated to it, the substrate will not be exposed to UV.
UV radiation is very easily blocked by almost anything, even transparent
glass or typing paper.
