There is a difference between labeling your work and defacing it. I
would recommend moving whatever label you use to the edge of the image
so it doesn't distract someone who is actually enjoying the work. I also
think that some of the embossed treatments of the name have not only
been less distracting but easier to read. I wouldn't waste space on the
word "copyright", or on "photography" for that matter. (All images are
copyrighted, and it's obviously photography.) I would either use "Oscar
Matos Linares" or "lpstudios.net".
The point is not to prevent every possible infringement at any cost,
although there certainly are people who take that position. If somebody
passes around little images like this it doesn't hurt you in any way, if
your name is attached it could help.
