You bet! And there are zillions of us spending this. I personally know seven or eight and I
believe that ink cartridges are the biggest seller at the local office supply stores.

Here are the possibilities for me:
CIS - improving in quality, but older units were so much trouble that it was worth the money to
avoid them. I'll investigate again; the units you reccomended have distributors here.
Solid Ink - Great for quantity printing, but size and electricity consumption are a problem here
in my home office.
Color Laser - Not really much faster, and not cheaper at all thanks to the insanely expensive
toner cartdriges they require.
...and I wouldn't mind being able to print color on CD's and DVD's too.
I spend more time on this than anything else hardware related.
