I was very happy with where I was getting my 1 3/4 inch Gallery Wraps but a new person made contact with me and I tried him out. The product was very very good, the price was less expensive and the colors were fantastic.
I have eight up at a gallery and they were bringing me more sales - HOWEVER - I see that one is warping and the canvas is rather . . . . fluttery!
1 1/2 inch frames 20x30.
The building is extremely dry. Is this because of the dryness? Workmanship? Anything else? He will fix this problem and says he has not had thus problem before. Of the eight on display one is ridiculous warped as I can see the bend on the upper frame - four others the canvas is just loose.
The ones I have at home are not doing this!
Comments? I'm not trying to save a buck (well, of course I am) and know quality is king! Is this a BIG concern for the future? Deal Breaker?
