Your image (including border) needs to be FOUR inches bigger than your final wrap size. So if you want a 16x20, it needs to be 20x24 for them, so they have 2 inches on all four sides to be able to wrap around the stretcher bars.
Take your final desired image size, and add four inches to both measurements (height and width) and you'll be good to go.
I've used Canvas on Demand, Canvas4Life, Simply Canvas, Canvas Print Factory, Miller's Lab and White House Custom Color.
Hope this helps,
Deb

Subject: [artshow_photo] Another Costco Canvas Question
I currently use Canvas On Demand because of the customer service and the custom sized prints and borders. Costco would be less expensive for my standard sizes.
Since I am re-printing many older items and I don't want to re-process the originals. I can add a border for the wrap but I can't find information on the website how large to make the border. Should an 11x14 be 13x16 in order to wrap? Do they require more than 2" on all sides?
I sent a message to their customer help but have not gotten an answer yet.
Thanks
