I have used Qimage and the interface is horrible, and very time consuming to use. IMHO Genuine Fractals or Perfect Resize, it's new name, is easy to use, and does a great job. It also is great for doing canvas prints, as you have the options of adding the boarders for wrapping the stretchers. Also it does have sharpening capabilities, although I would rather use PS. Personally I use Lightroom 3 for processing my photos, and for printing, and it works great. For canvas I would use Perfect Resize for its boarder capabilities. It's all a personal choice and whatever works for you is what should be used. All software have free trials, so find what works for you. Great way to spend a cold winters day.

A lot of people say they like QImage. I have the basic version but haven't
used it since I got CS5.
