So So True, Our state is about to do away with the personal and business income
tax, and go to a fair tax. Hundreds of businesses are linning up to move their
operations here.

Putting money into people's pockets gives them money to spend on artwork.
Putting it in the governments pocket does no such thing unless you are the
beneficiary of their handouts.
