BK copying and using someone else's artwork is a violation period. As
far as covering attorney fees if you LEGALLY COPYRIGHTED them by
registering them your attorney fees would be covered.
How many in this group have registered with the copyright office their
work?
And if your work was not registered I don't know if attorney fees
would be covered. I had attended a seminar given by an attorney who
deals with copyright law. I am not an attorney. Your best bet is to
seek the advice of an attorney who specializes in copyright law and
research it on the web. each state might vary in some aspects.
