This is no surprise, that a painter didn't do well at St. Stephens...I sort of think that the people who attend St. Stephens know that these folks weren't "good enough" (public perception, not mine) to be in The Grove, so the work must be less expensive and that they would be more inclined to be looking for bargains. (more assumptions on my part)
