The shows you listed are not even a fraction of what's available to
choose from. Coconut Grove and Long's Park are difficult to
impossible to get into for any photographer at any level of
experience. I think Crozet is more country craft oriented.
The best advice is to walk shows you're interested in applying to
before wasting your jury fee money or creating inventory of images
that probably won't sell. Over time you'll learn which images are the
most popular and might sell. But you'll also find that it's difficult
to jury into shows with marketable work or images that look like
images produced by other photographers.
You don't say where you live but you need to start locally and build slowly.
