I've used a panorama - program on my iphone 4 (just for fun) called
Panoramatic which allows you to take several exposures - it then will
automatically stitch those images together to make a higher resolution
image. The results have been pretty good, however, I haven't used it for
anything serious since I usually have a much higher quality DSLR with me.
