Absolutely!  It's a major investment that you will never regret.  All you have to do is compare the RAW files from the M9 with any other camera.  And it's perfect for travel.

It is exactly the information I was after. While a high end camera it has the advantage of being more convenient for travel both in size and weight.

Obviously a fairly major purchase that will take some thought.
