[artshow_photo] Free ZAPP Processing - now working

Thanks for the people that give me feedback. The web site is now
fixed and working properly. We're still tweaking the text on all the
pages to remove references to the shopping cart that used to be
there. There was a problem with the image upload form and as soon as
the programmer rebuilt the page, it started working properly again.

Totally free. It converts any images uploaded to the sRGB color space
before formatting it for the chosen jury system.
