[artshow_photo] Old fashioned terminology? Or a limited definition deliberately?

I am working on apps through ZAPP and came across the following:
"Photography-Prints or transparencies must be from original
negatives."

We who use a digital camera to capture images don't end up with a
negative. I assume this is a mere oversight but thought I'd ask.
This is for the July Lincoln Park, IL show.

And if anyone has good or bad to say about the show, that'd be fine too.
