I also do:
5x7 matted to 8x10
8x12 matted to 12x16 (my best seller)
8x12 framed to 12x16
12x18 framed to 16x20
I was carrying 12x18 matted & baged to 16x20 but havent sold 1 in 2 years so I stopped carrying them & simply put them in frames.
Also quit carrying 8x10 matted to 11x14 once I found out I could do 8x12's
