First you have to know how they are going to use your photos. Do they only want the one copy of each to hang in their facility? How is the client going to use them? Then once you determine the useage, you can draw up a delivery confirmation stating exacly that. Also that if additional copies are needed they must contact you for permission. Also that they can not be scanned or electronically duplicated without your permission.
Then you can set your price for each of the prints.
