This has been discussed on a few forums, and the senator in question has
received a number of non-complimentary emails; maybe a few more will help.
Hopefully this bill will fail, but one has to ask what is next. Photography
in general could become a crime.

Subject: [artshow_photo] Florida - photographing farms
A bill in the Florida state Senate would make photographing farms without
the
written consent of the owner a first-degree felony.
Taking photographs from the roadside of a sunrise over hay bales near the
Suwannee River, horses grazing near Ocala or sunset over citrus groves along
the Indian River could land you in jail.
WTF? Florida is as messed up as Wisconsin!
