All of this is fine and I do understand the rights of privacy. That doesn't
mean that there should
be a state law about photographing farms. And as for private security
guards. They have no more rights
than ordinary citizens. It they try to keep you off public property or
suggest that you should not be\photographing something
they should be told your rights. If they retain you against your will you
can end up making a whole pile of money
from their employer.
