I agree with this over 13x19 prints. 13x19 may be your printer's max size but it involves cropping the image and you have to deal with borderless print settings which by default leads to losing more of the image beyond what gets hidden by the matting process.
I am moving to 12x18 prints on 13x19 paper. If you forget to click the "borderless" print option, you might ruin a whole print and a lot of ink (if you don't cancel the print soon after it starts)
