Vincent - Thanks for your reply. I plan to purchase IP, as once I was actually able to get a file to the printer, it was better than anything that's come out before (and I was already "proud" of my printing). I used the 1440 4 pass HS selection with Enhanced Matte and Hot Press Natural papers.
But in all candor, I found the layout portion to be extremely complicated, confusing, and unintuitive. Even after reading the manual, I'm still not sure what I'm doing laying out my file!
Does it get better? Are their support services good? If not, can I bother you with some questions about initial issues?
