I did ask about other people from the UK on this list a few days/weeks
ago. But it seems that we are few in numbers.
As mentioned in another message, "proper" art shows aren't that easy to
find in the UK. I did find the Brighton one, but that is something like
£450 just for a place/stand - a lot of money for a newbie like me (and
possibly yourself) to spend just for the stand, and where you're not
guaranteed to make your costs back.
I did think about smaller things like fetes and fairs, but not everyone
goes to these thinking of spending a lot of money on art, so you'd
probably have to price accordingly, which may not be worth the effort.
As for myself, at least, I just don't know if it's worth the effort,
time and expense to build up a range of prints for this. Perhaps I need
to try and find some of these shows and go see what others are doing in
person.
