I have a step daughter that has a child with down syndrome and I just want to
say thanks to all special-ed teachers. Kids with DS are SO awesome! I actually
feel blessed that she has DS. I had zero knowledge of DS before her, I am truly
amazed and love talking to people with DS now!
ANYWAY - good luck with the show - my first show last year was nice but just the
little things like "where do I stand" do I come up and talk? stay back? odd
things, you will learn what works best for YOU! what you feel comfortable with.
remember - be confidant.

Hello!
I'm a newbie. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Kerry
and I live in Grapevine, TX (between Dallas & Fort Worth). I am a special-ed
teacher by day, and am just beginning my photo-career pursuit. I'm a self taught
photographer and am participating in my first art show in about 2 weeks! I love
Macro photography of anything and everything, but seem to be especially
attracted to extra tiny things, textures, bugs, and flowers. Hoping to get some
advice and support, and offer my own to others like me in the future!
