I have a light dome, which I purchased in 1989. I used it every year... sometimes up to 15 shows... until 2007, when I stopped doing shows. It has held up in all kinds of nasty New England weather. I can't speak to their customer service because I never had to contact them. I concur with others who suggest you invest in one of the professional art show canopies.
